ORDERING We now have our fantastic online shop, just go to the online shop page and click on one of many of our fabulous products to purchase, alternatively if you would like order a bespoke product then please email us at info@rawxclusive.com, telephone us on +44 (0)7832 348786. BUYING ONLINE We use PayPal as a proven and secure way to pay for your items. You DO NOT need a PayPal account in which to purchase your items, all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please go to www.paypal.com for further information. Once an order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email along with delivery details of your order. PAYMENT BY CHEQUE We also accept cheques as payment, please make all cheques payable to RawXclusive and send along with your order requirements and delivery information to: RawXclusive , 103 London Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 3AL. If you wish to place your order by phone or email then please go to the contact page where all relevent information is given. POST & PACKAGING COSTS All P&P costs are added at the end of the order, a list of the costs can be found below: UK Purchases between £0- £30.00 = £1.95 Purchases between £30.01 - £40.00 = £2.95 Purchases between £40.01 - £75.00 = £4.95 Purchases between £75.01 - £100.00 = £7.95 Purchases over £100 = Free P&P Rest of World Purchases between £0- £25 = £8.00 Purchases between £25- £45 = £10.00 Purchases between £45- £75 = £12.00 Purchases over £75 = £15.00 DELIVERY If we have your items in stock, we will dispatch the order within 24 hours of receiving your order/payment. However, as our products are handmade please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. RawXclusive are always happy to post items abroad, please get in contact to place an order and for further information regarding postage costs, or refer to the p&p information above. RETURNS As the majority of RawXclusive products are bespoke and made to order we can only honour refunds for items that are faulty, if this happens then please notify us within 48 hours and return the goods, within 7 days, in their original packaging and condition to the address given above. PLEASE NOTE: Postage and packaging costs are not refundable. RawXclusive is not responsible for returned items that fail to reach us.
